3. How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us at contact@seniorsandveterans.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order details and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

6. How long does it take to process an order?

All orders placed between 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, during the weekend, or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

8. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

9. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
